Rodney Walker Sr.
Chairman of the Board/CEO (Founder)
Rodney Walker earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Education at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. He is an active member of society in and outside his community. His involvements include a collective 15 years coaching experience in the Philadelphia Catholic League (Football and Track & Field), and 5 years of coaching in the Upper Merion Township’s Basketball, Baseball and Football leagues. Rodney Walker is a Den leader with the Boy Scouts of America for 6 years. Rodney Walker played an integral role in the development and operation of 40th Street Church of God’s Outreach Program in the Mantua section of Philadelphia during the mid 90’s. He has mentored and counseled many students, athletes and community youth in his years of community service. His knowledge, experience and personal interests have led him to the development of the Men to Men Mentoring, Inc. Rodney Walker resides in Wayne, PA with his wife and their 4 children.
Crystal F. Walker
Vice Chair/Executive Officer (Co-Founder)
Crystal Walker is a mother of 4 children and an active participant in school and community affairs that include but are not limited to the area elementary school (Upper Merion Township School District, Wayne, PA), Girl Scouts of America, Central Nursery School (Radnor Township School District, Wayne, PA), and previous outreach programs organized through 40th Street Church of God in the Mantua section of Philadelphia. Crystal Walker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA). She furthered her formal education enrolling in a Master’s program at Temple University, majoring in Elementary Education. Her formal education and community involvement are focused on the advancement and development of young people. Crystal Walker resides in Wayne, PA with her husband and their 4 children.
Jeffery Peterson
2nd Vice President
Jeffery Peterson’s community involvement includes his integral role in the development and operation of 40th Street Church of God’s Outreach Program in the Mantua section of Philadelphia, PA. He has coached three years in the Burt Bell Youth Football League in Yeadon, PA, as well as a key role in the creation and development of the Men to Men Mentoring, Inc. Jeffery Peterson resides in Middletown, Delaware, with his wife and their five sons.
LaKeisha Bullard

LaKeisha Bullard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from North Carolina’s A & T University. She graduated with the honors of Cum laude. LaKeisha Bullard has 12 years of corporate experience. Her knowledge and experiences include 4 years as an Internal Auditor and the past 8 years as a Business Analyst. LaKeisha Bullard is a financial supporter of the United Negro College Fund and has participated in community projects in Delaware through the United Way Foundation. LaKeisha Bullard resides in Newark, DE with her husband.
Tracey Woods

Tracey Woods is a Power Engineer (BSEE, Drexel University) by training and a 22-year employee of one of the countries largest utilities. Tracey Woods is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and he also serves on the Board of Directors for West Mount Airy Neighbors Association in Philadelphia. He is active as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher at the Grace Baptist Church of Germantown, where he co-chairs its Board of Christian Education. He enjoys the outdoors, music, sports and literature.
Deacon Charles Caple

Charles Caple is a devout Christian. He is a loving husband of 20 years and the caring father of two beautiful young daughters. Around his home, Charles is known as the “Superman” of the neighborhood. From barbecuing for the “court block parties”, repairing rummaged vehicles, shoveling driveways full of snow and performing CPR to revive a neighbor.
For many years, Charles has been a committed member of many organizations both within the church and the community. He presently serves as an active member of The Mighty Men Fellowship group at St. Mathews Baptist Church, where he serves as a leader/teacher among the young and the old. Charles also is a mentor in “Men in Ministry,” an organization designed to instill the importance of Jesus Christ building character and placing the initiative in our young men of today.
Minister Conrad Walker

Conrad Walker has been enlisted in the United States Army for the past 30 years. In September 2005, Conrad Walker began a 1-year tour of duty in Iraq. His leadership skills have been honed and proven as a 1st Sergeant in the US Army. Conrad Walker is also a minister at Deliverance Haven (Middletown, CT). He serves the local shelter in the Middletown community via his personal ministry through counseling and periodic clothing drives. Conrad Walker has been married to his wife of 22 years.
Elder James Daughtry

James Daughtry was born in North Carolina to Sylvester and Blanche Daughtry the 9th of 10 children. He attended a segregated elementary school and was part of the desegregation as a high school student. James Daughtry was elected captain of the high school football team and graduated from high school with honors. After high school, he attended college at North Carolina’s A&T University majoring in business administration. During his college years, James Daughtry participated in the Army ROTC program. James Daughtry demonstrated his resourcefulness and diligence by paying for his college education through grants, work-study and various other employment initiatives. He graduated college with honors and was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in the US Army. He served 5½ years in the US Army leaving as a Captain.
James Daughtry entered the corporate world as a middle management trainee and progressed to the level of Vice President and Regional Manager for the McDonald’s Corporation. After 22 years as a corporate employee, he transitioned to the private sector as a Mc Donald’s owner/operator in 2001. He is active in church as an Elder and other community activities such as Ronald McDonald’s Charities. James Daughtry is married for ?? years and has 3 children (1 daughter and 2 sons) and 4 grandchildren and reside in Franklin, Tennessee.
Michael Barefield

Michael Barefield is a father of 4, and resides in Pottstown, PA with his wife of 19 years. Michael Barefield is an employee of the PA Department of Corrections where he has earned the rank of Lieutenant. Michael Barefield is a 32nd Degree Mason in the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge. He coached in the King of Prussia Youth Football League for two years. Michael Barefield is the proprietor of Essential Cuts, Inc. barbershop located in Pottstown, PA, where he provides career opportunities for young men beginning in field of barbering.
Andre’ Alicea

Andre’ Alicea resides in King of Prussia, PA with his wife and three children. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Dre came to the Philadelphia area to attend the University of Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. Dre is an active member of the West Philadelphia Assembly for Christ where he has come to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He has influenced the lives of many young men by serving as a coach in football, baseball, and wrestling. He has also helped shaped the direction of community organizations by serving on the board of directors for the King of Prussia Indians Football organization. Dre is an information technology professional who specializes in Database Administration.
