Men's Summer Retreat Registration
 
Terms:
  1. By registering below I agree to release all photos taken during the event, of myself and my child(ren) strictly for the promotional use of Men to Men Mentoring, Inc in the form of brochures, fund raising letters, e-mail correspondence, other documents and organizational website postings.  Men To Men Mentoring, Inc. will ensure personal information (names, addresses, etc) is not published in conjunction with any photos.
  2. Further, I hereby assume all risks of injury and/or damages for myself and my minor child(ren) as may occur during the Men's Summer Retreat from 08/26/2011 to 08/28/2011 or as may be directly related to said camping trip.  I agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Men To Men Mentoring, Inc. from all claims that I might have against the organization for injury and/or damages resulting from myself and my minor child's (children) participation in the camping trip.
