Our Vision
To see communities become self- sustaining through the leadership of men by a programmatic approach developing the skills required to up lift their personal lives.  We will accomplish this by addressing the spiritual, emotional, social, physical and financial needs of the men in the community. Our approach is to programmatically introduce personal development opportunities designed to create a successful transformation from dependence to inter-dependence.

We Believe
Our core beliefs drive us to make an impact on our community.
That each man has something unique God given gifts that can be used to improve his family and community.
As long as a man is still alive there is a chance for him to be all that he can be.
Men need encouragement, camaraderie, respect, and mentoring from that encourages them to press ahead in the face of challenges.
Youth is an important time in a man's life to gain important wisdom, insight, and instruction that will help him to make strategic decisions for this future.
