Our vision is to see communities become self-sustaining through the leadership of men by using a programmatic approach to teach the skills required to live upstanding lives. We will accomplish this by addressing the spiritual, emotional, social, physical, and financial needs of the men in the community. Our approach is to introduce personal development opportunities designed to create a successful transformation from dependence to inter-dependence.
We Believe
Our core beliefs drive us to make an impact on our community. We affirm that each man has unique God given talents that can be utilized to improve his family and community. Men need encouragement, camaraderie, respect, and mentoring in a form that encourages them to press ahead in the face of challenges and adversity. The early years of a man's life are critical for the formulation of wisdom, insight, and the instruction that will help him to make strategic decisions for his future.
